Product Description The flowers that this one puts out are amazing.
Vuylstekeara Blarney Stone is an intergeneric hybrid consisting of Cochlioda, Miltonia and Odontoglossum.
The breeding is Vuylstekeara Lutetia x Odontioda Anne Boleyn.
But don't let all that orchid-speak put you off. The result is a plant that puts out stunning pink and white flowers like the one pictured. The flowers are two inches wide or more, and last for 4 to 5 weeks. The formal name is Vuylstekeara Blarney Stone 'Geyserland.'
These are easy to grow, too. Provide bright indirect light and a temperature range of 60 to 85 degrees. Allow to get almost dry, but not quite, between waterings, like a phal. Fertilize twice a month or so.
This one is freshly repotted in a 4-inch pot and is likely to flower within one to two years, which is our definition of Near Blooming Size. The longest leaves are about 8 to 9 inches or more. We always ship the largest.
We have a bunch of these and we'll pick out a nice one for you. You can buy with confidence.
Orchids from The Orchid Gallery are guaranteed. Period.
